Steve Ferman Launches 4 Pillar Coach, LLC

Steve Ferman, CEO of eTegrity, is proud to announce that he has launched 4 Pillar Coach, LLC.

Using the Scaling Up process, 4 Pillar Coach works with growing and mid-sized companies to scale operations through confident decision-making and effective operational systems. Closely collaborating with a company’s key executives, Four Pillar Coach creates scalable action plans to reach and surpass its growth goals. 

Ferman says, “My experience as a business owner combined with my technology background has led me to become a business coach and the creation of 4 Pillar Coach, LLC. My goal as a business coach is to help others realize their dreams and scale 10X.   I never want to stop growing and learning - and bringing success to others is a part of that process and what drives me.”

About Steve Ferman

A serial entrepreneur and U.S. Marine, Steve Ferman has started and sold six technology companies over his 40-year career. Two notable companies that Ferman has built and sold include Compunite Computers and Cloud Nation. In addition to being the Founder of 4 Pillar Coach, LLC, Ferman is currently the CEO of eTegrity, which offers Virtual CIO and related services. From 1998-2015, Ferman was in the Strategic Coach Master’s Program for Entrepreneurs. Considered one of the original tech pioneers and cloud innovators, Ferman helped businesses migrate to online data backup and The Cloud from brick and mortar.  Ferman was named to the MSP Mentor Top 100 MSP’s and Top 250 People in managed IT services. He is on the Executive Board of Entrepreneurs Organization of New Jersey - an organization focused on helping entrepreneurs achieve full potential in business and their personal lives. Ferman has been a Coach for 4 years helping young Entrepreneurs scale their companies from 250K to over 1 million in revenues.  In September of 2021, Ferman was recognized as the 2020 Marine of the Year by the Robert J Slattery Detachment in Whippany, New Jersey.
