We work together to set goals for ourselves and our businesses and support each other with strategies and tactics to achieve our goals. What The Marathon is NOT

  • If you are NOT looking to grow and scale your company - THE MARATHON is not for you.
  • It is NOT a class. The main focus of this group is brainstorming and accountability support among the group members facilitated by a serial entrepreneur turned business coach.
  • It is NOT group coaching. While we offer that at 4 Pillar Coach, this group is about the members sharing experiences with each other, not about the facilitator coaching individuals in a group setting. You will get everyone’s feedback, advice, experience, and support with conversation balanced among the group members and facilitator.
  • It is NOT a networking group. Of course, leads and resources can be shared, but it is not the main focus of these meetings.
